Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds 🌀

Every piece is handmade with care, so returns are handled personally rather than by a fixed window or checklist.

If you're not truly happy with your piece, reach out at Markethandesigns@gmail.com or through a DM with your order number and a note on what isn't right. We'll talk it through, and a return and remake is always on the table.

If your piece arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll make it right. 🙏

Custom and personalized orders are handled the same way, one conversation at a time. 🖤
