Return and Refund Policy

Returns accepted within *30 days* of shipping date.

1. Eligibility of Return: 

• Item(s) must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. 
• Item must not have been worn, altered, or damaged.

2. Return Processing:

• Contact us by email @MedJewelry.co@gmail.com within 30 days to inquire about returns and refunds.
• Please send email with order number included.
• A reason must be given for return.
• Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions .
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds:

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of MedJewelry receiving returned item. 
• Refunds issued in original payment method only.

4. Exempt from Refund:

• Customized orders and personalized items are final sale.
• Damaged items, including those damaged during return and shipping, will not be accepted.
• A valid reason for return is required, such as being sent the wrong item.
• We will not refund items that have been worn, altered, or are missing tags.
• Sales or Clearance items are final sale.
